Dylon grew up in the world of athletics all the way through his college career. After finishing his Master's degree in Sport/Fitness Administration he quickly moved into a coaching role for EXOS Sport Performance training athletes. His passion for health and safety in the workplace, and his upbringing in the blue collar world has shaped him into his role with Working Athlete. He now provides training and consulting to industrial companies in the efforts to mitigate fatigue, heat, dehydration, and cognitive-decline related incidents.
