In addition to our participants and judges, who receive admission, we would like to reserve the following places at the banquet and awards ceremony following the rodeo.

No refunds for pre-purchased Barbecue or Banquet tickets will be given after September 15, 2023.
Tickets orders totaling over $3,000 and received by September 1st will be mailed to you. Otherwise, they will need to be picked up onsite at the Overland Park Convention Center next to Merchandise Sales
Tickets for reservations received after Septemeber 1st can be picked up at ticket sales at the Overland Park Convention Center on Friday between 9:30AM - 3:00PM. Tickets will be called for by:
